• Fava (Broad) Bean are a flat, oval, large green bean, staple of the Eastern Mediterranean diet.
• Peeled & split fava beans (habas) are dried Fava beans with its outer skin removed, and have a creamy pale yellow color. 
• Also ground to make Falafal balls and roasted to make snacks.
