PLEASE NOTE READ ALL:
- We provide free delivery within 10 miles from the store location to your place for Orders (over $69) . If your order is over $69 and you are more than 10 miles away from the selected store, you don’t get free delivery but discount delivery rate.
- You can select your free delivery time from the list of our set delivery hours. We deliver between 9am-9pm each day .
- Our free delivery times are within 2-3 hours . You can CHOOSE our ZippXpress for 1 hr instant delivery service
ZippXpress delivery is our 1-2 hrs Fast service and comes with $8.99 extra fix charge
Most orders are processed within 1-2 hours same day immediately your orders are placed. You will receive a order confirmation with tracking information once your order is processed.
Service fee will be a percentage charged based on overall cost estimate. This covers handling and processing fees.

*If driver is unable to find your location:
They will try to get in touch with you via text message or phone call before taking further action.
Unless you specifically request for them to do so, drivers are unable to leave an order unattended.
Orders containing alcohol can never be left unattended.

When a customer can’t be found or contacted for an extended period of time, the order may be cancelled.
Customer can ask the driver to leave the order unattended in a designated spot. Please note: orders containing alcohol require the I.D. and signature of someone 21 or older and cannot be left unattended
