Nina Gari

• Cassava  are cleaned after harvesting, grated, water and starch squeezed out of it, left to ferment and then fried  without palm oil and serves as a major staple food in West Africa. 
• The pleasantly sour flavor make this product ideal for “gari soaking” or drinking.
• Gari is enjoyed with sugar and/condensed milk when soaking or can be made with hot or cold water into fufu for a heavier meal.
